Meditation

Whether I choose Praying, Yoga, sitting in the grass with my bare feet, scratching a mini donkey behind the ears or making food to nourish my family. Practicing mindfulness is the most important thing I do each day. Some days I only have a few minutes even those minutes help me feel ‘in tune’ with my true self. And I think it helps me see opportunities to enrich the lives of those around me.  http://colleensaidmanyee.com
